Based on the healthy-farm-to-table cuisine philosophy, Chef Christos Athanasiades is responsible for a menu tribute to the fine first materials found on our islands. Savor artworks such as gilthead bream sashimi with ginger, cucumber, pickle and roe crumbs agioli or grains of beetroot, roots, raspberries, pickles, Mykonos xynotyri cheese, and kale pesto and buffalo steak, directly from our private farm in Kerkini, are served at the simple space of Cycladic aesthetics, with the uninterrupted view to the sea.
